At WeUnik World, we take pride in providing quality products and appreciate your support of our small business.

Personal Care Products

Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on:

  • Hair oils

  • Pomades and styling products

  • Hair accessories

  • Combs and tools

  • Kits and bundles

  • Digital products and educational materials

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Swag & Merchandise

Merchandise such as apparel, mugs, tote bags, and other branded items are custom made and are also considered final sale.

Returns, exchanges, or replacements will only be provided if:

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

Requests regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Issues

WeUnik World is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, WeUnik World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
